Simple Smoothie Sunday: Carrot Cake Smoothie

*Makes Four Servings

**Prep Time 10-15 Minutes

Ingredients

• 6 Frozen Bananas

• 4 Carrots, Shredded

• 2 Cups Coconut Milk

• 4 Tbsp. Date Honey/ Maple Syrup

• 2/4 Tsp. Cinnamon

• 2 Pinches Nutmeg

Directions

Add the frozen bananas, shredded carrots, coconut milk, maple syrup (or date honey), cinnamon and nutmeg to the blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
